Heart Work began with a simple but powerful question:
What would happen if leadership started with love, not just profit?
Our founder saw too many workplaces where people felt unseen, undervalued, and burned out—where the metrics of success measured output, but not the well-being of the people creating it. The vision for Heart Work was born from a belief that people, culture, and excellence are not competing priorities—they are the foundation of sustainable success.
The tools and resources that Glenn provided gave us a roadmap on how to enhance the culture in our organization and life in general by becoming more comfortable with being a little uncomfortable in how we express who we are and how we navigate life and work.
